SHIPPING POLICY & FAQ
AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE.
Hobby Hangout is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft/porch pirates please request card for pickup in the checkout notes
Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry.

1. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to process and ship. We are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!
2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
Currently we ship anywhere within Canada.
3. SHIPPING RATES FOR ADDRESSES WITHIN CANADA
REGULAR ORDERS
We offer flat rate $20 expedited shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in Canada. If the value of your order meets or exceeds $200.00 before taxes and shipping charges, it will be eligible for free shipping.
TCG SINGLES ORDERS
Orders with only TCG singles are eligible for flat rate $2.50 letter mail if the order has 10 or less cards.
These letter mail orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance.
Orders with from 10~25 cards are eligible for flat rate $5.00 bubble mail.
4. SALES TAX
All orders are taxed according to your Province or Territory.
5. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If you have a last minute change/request or instructions which require special attention please contact us at info@hobbyhangout.ca.
6. ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
Changes to existing orders can be made by contacting info@hobbyhangout.ca.
Address changes must be made by a staff member. Changing the information on your account will not change the order details on our end. You must email us if you need to update this information.
Please try to give as much advance notice as possible if you are moving or changing addresses and have outstanding orders with us.
7. DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us at info@hobbyhangout.ca with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.
If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items.
8. ONLINE SALES RETURNS
All items are final sale, no return or exchange.
Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your original method of payment. Under these circumstances, Hobby Hangout will cover all costs associated in returning the merchandise.
9. PRE-ORDERS
Orders containing Pre-Order items will be held until ALL products in the order have been released.
10. OVERSIZED ORDERS, SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS
In certain extraneous cases, additional shipping charges may be required. In these situations you will be contacted to arrange payment. If you wish to cancel your order at this time we will offer a full refund.
11. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and remove the item from your order. If this brings your order total below the minimum free shipping threshold we will still ship the rest of your order free of charge.
12. QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
We reserve the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes made to your order. This pertains to and is not limited to "buyouts" and other orders involving the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it may also be subject to a potential adjustment.
13. SELLER PROTECTION & FRAUD DETECTION
Orders may be subject to a name, address, and phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. If there are any discrepancies or errors that arise from this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue. Credit or Debit cards issued outside Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if necessary.
At our discretion we may include a Card For Pickup or Signature option for higher valued orders. This acts as insurance/seller protection and also prevents the theft of orders left on doorsteps.
