AT TIME OF PURCHASE/CHECKOUT YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL POLICIES STATED ON OUR SITE.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional $15 shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the $200 free shipping threshold.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of Pre-Orders for Trading Card Game Sealed Product and Sports Card Products will incur a 15% processing fee calculated based on total order value.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders from all other categories (Board Games, Role Playing Games etc.) can be made at any time and no additional fees will be incurred.

PRE-ORDER PRICE GUARANTEE

If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be refunded the difference back to your original payment method. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change.

Price adjustments at the distribution level may require us to contact you regarding a price increase - should you not wish to pay the increased price we will gladly offer a full refund. This is an incredibly rare circumstance and will gladly work with you to find a solution that works for both parties.

HAS THIS RELEASED/ARRIVED YET?

A Product has been released once the "Pre-Order" text in its name has been removed. Release dates are subject to change due to errors or delays in regards to publishing, distribution and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
